Tom Cruise-starrer ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ to be screened at Cannes Film Festival
According to festival insiders, Tom Cruise's 'Top Gun: Maverick' will screen at the Cannes Film Festival before its theatrical release in the United States.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the highly anticipated sequel from Paramount and Skydance will be released in the UAE on May 26.

This would be the first time in 30 years that a Cruise picture has aired at Cannes since the Ron Howard-directed 'Far and Away' premiered in 1992. It would not, however, serve as the global premiere for 'Top Gun: Maverick,' as that is scheduled to take place in San Diego, where the original film was set.
